Display Pendant Horses

“Display Pendant Horses” color scrimshaw on ancient mammoth tusk ivory encased in sterling silver created by scrimshander, Mary Byrne. This outstanding work was probably done in the late 1980s by Byrne, one of the mainstays that founded the contemporary West Coast school of scrimshaw. Her work is prized by collectors.
